Just loved painting these Australian native flowers- the golden Banksia. They will warm up any wall you choose to place it on in your home or it would make a lovely Australian gift to any Aussie living overseas.  The Banksia is an ancient tree. Fossils were found of some banksia cones in Western Australia that were dated at 47 million years old !! Wow !
