The best and healthiest way to lose weight in my opinion is to make sure calories out are more than calories in. To figure this out, TDEE or Total Daily Energy Expenditure must be found out. There are many different calculators out there that will all find a very similar result. Once that number is found, you will know how many calories you can eat to maintain your weight.
