Lentil Bread Recipe Alert 🔔

110ml water

Method:

Soak the brown lentils in water for 12 hours.

Drain and rinse thoroughly, then add to a powerful blender with water, oil and yeast.

Add salt, then transfer to a plum-cake mould and let it rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes.
