1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp adobo all purpose seasoning 
2 dried guajillo chiles (optional)
2 white onions
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 cup passata
2 x 400g canned black beans
2 cloves of diced garlic
2 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp salt
