Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) is a common condition that can often be managed effectively with stretches or exercises. If you’re suffering from CTS and activity modification or a wrist splint hasn’t made a meaningful change, you might consider trying a few of these exercises for a couple weeks before going the route of cortisone injection or surgery. Frequency and consistency is the most important thing with these exercise.
