Are you suffering from a cough? Make sure to go to bed early, drink warming beverages and eat warming food. Rub point Lung 5 尺澤 "Cubit Marsh". Find this point located at the crease of the elbow up to 1 cun (1 finger width) lateral to the biceps tendon in the depression. The point is often just lateral to the tendon, in the hollow formed when the arm is flexed at right angles. Press and rotate counterclockwise for acute cough and clockwise for chronic cough. Do this for 3 min on both arms.
