I like this. Maybe minus the pallets for the entry way above the stairs leading to the Kid's space.

I've created this to replace some old, dreary way-finding maps we have up around the church. Yay for new and colorful graphics!

Do this with education related words instead of religion.

I think it would be a great idea to install a Parents Notification Board in the hall beside the kids meeting room door. It could include upcoming events and series, plus maybe a welcome brochure for new families?
