This moist and aromatic Fanouropita cake is a vegan (no dairy and no egg) cake with warm spices of cloves and cinnamon and crunchy walnuts. This Greek cake is traditionally made every year on August 27th (St. Fanourios Day) to honor the patron Saint of Lost Things. I make it throughout the year because it is so delicious and comes together in a few minutes. The warm spices make is s a perfect fall cake too.
