The Feelings Wheel

The feelings wheel is a great tool for learning how to identify and describe your emotions. Learn more about it here.

This is a custom emotion wheel art print that I designed in 2020 (the year of all the feelings!) The emotions are organized by the categories joy, fear, disgust, sadness, anger and "genius." This wipeable version can be drawn on with a dry erase marker and then wiped clean after each use. I've found it as a helpful tool to use with children, in therapy or with other loved ones to help identify which feelings may be present for you in any given moment.
