lacto fermented bread and butter pickles. - just tried this! fermented for 2 days, yum! kids love them! wish the honey flavor wasn't so strong though, and wish that there had been fewer chili flakes in the pickling spice i used... fyi... oh, and for the oak leaves to keep them crisp, i just picked 4-5 leaves off the live oak tree across the street and threw them in!
