HOW TO⤵️

1/2 cup of flax seeds & water is all you need. apparently it’s not recommended you boil it on the stove but that’s been the way I’ve always done it so I’ll put the instructions for both methods below! 

JAR (no heat added)
Add flax seeds to jar, cover with hot water & leave in the fridge overnight 

POT (heat)
Add flax seeds to pot, cover them with water on medium heat & stir until you get the gel like consistency (I like doing it on the stove because the consistency is so much better in my opinion especially since I use this as a mask)
