Over the weekend we tackled panelling the half wall in our front entryway and I can't believe the difference that it's made. It only took about 24 hours to finish, making this a very fast and doable project for others to tackle! Keep reading to see how it turned out! In case you have forgotten, this is how our front hallway looked when we moved in. Can we say…

No Entryway? Create the Illusion of OneBuild a Half Wall If your front door is at the end of your living area rather than in the middle, a pony wall could be an excellent way to create a sense of division and the suggestion of an entry.

In today's video tutorial, I will be going over 2 different ways to make bunny ears, a square knot method and a double half hitch knot method. These ears are made onto a 2" wooden ring and can be used in multiple different projects such as baby teethers, add-ons onto a wall hanging or to start a plant hanger. #Macramebunnyears #macrameuniquedesigns #macramepatterns #Macrameanimals #Bochiknotmacrame #macramewoodenrings #DIYmacramepatterns #DIYmacrameanimals #macrameanimalproject #macrameDIY
Since I'm in organization mode, I decided to pay attention to this half wall that I have in the room. This wall hides a mini office for my husband to work from home. In this particular wall hanging, we make a Circle pattern using Half Hitch and Double Half Hitch knots. A Berry knot is added in the centre to form a little Button pattern. To connect the Buttons, a Cross knot is added in between each of the Buttons. The Cross knot can be a tricky knot at first, but once you have made it a few times, it will become much easier. This pattern was made with 3mm cord and a 9" dowel and is the perfect pattern for those who are looking to learn new knot patterns.
