Here it is! - One of these nightstands is lacquer and the other is Advance high gloss water based paint. - Which one is lacquer? Left or right? Leave your guess below. - I started out using @benjaminmoore Advance paint for my high gloss projects before transitioning to lacquer. Now I’m transitioning back to Benjamin Moore advance. - Why? Because I think it is safer, easier to work with and just as glossy. - #diy #diylacquer #highgloss #highglosspaint #lacquer #kitchendesign #interiordesign #ad #benjaminmoore" How To Paint Lacquer Furniture, Diy Lacquer Furniture, How To Paint High Gloss Furniture, Diy Lacquer Furniture How To Paint, High Gloss Furniture Paint, How To Lacquer Furniture, Laquer Painted Cabinets, High Gloss Painted Furniture, Glossy Furniture

Marielle | Self Taught Glossy Furniture Flips & Home DIY Tips | on Instagram: "Here’s how to spray high gloss 👇 - Whether you’re spraying, brushing, or rolling high gloss paint or lacquer the first step is ALWAYS to clean very well! I prefer using TSP mixed in hot water. - Next sand with 220 grit sandpaper. You can do this by hand with a block or an electric sander. - Wipe down with a microfiber cloth and some denatured alcohol.      - Prime with shellac. I prefer the white over the clear.  I also recommend alternating with a different color fillable primer. This makes it easier to see where the high and low spots are. - Sand after each coat of primer. Incrementally increase the grit from 220 to 400/600. - It’s always a good idea to vacuum and wipe with denatured alcohol after sanding Glossy Furniture, Lacquer Spray Paint, Electric Sander, Glossy Paint, Dresser Vanity, High Gloss Paint, Furniture Flips, Self Taught, Gloss Paint
