3 inner thigh (adductors) moves to mix in with your leg days,  and why I don’t want you to forget about the inner thigh! 

Here’s why:
✅ Strong adductors (inner thigh) can help take some of the load off of the pelvic floor and therefore decrease tension it holds which can help with leakage 
✅ Adductors play a major role on hip extension, hip stability, and pelvic rotational control which makes squats, lunges deadlifts etc better
✅Adductors connect to and work multiple core muscles
