1. Download some wallpapers from the internet and duplicate the one that you want to set right now.
2. Now go to the duplicated wallpaper and apply any black and white filter on it. I like to decrease the intensity of it a little bit so it’s not too much in your face but that’s totally up to you.
3. After saving it, go to the settings app, accessibility, motion and then toggle on reduce motion. And that’s it.

Now open the black and white filtered picture and set it as a wallpaper. Once that’s done, you’ll have to customize the home screen as well by setting the colored version of the same picture as your home screen.
