January challenge

A couple years ago during a end of year reflection, I decided I wanted to challenge myself to taking really good care of myself. After years and years of making resolutions to change my body (i.e. become thinner) I finally decided I wanted to focus my efforts on loving myself really really well and seeing what happened. That year ended up being one of the most transformative years for me. The ripple effects of taking care of myself body, mind, and soul was incredible.

Participate in the attached 31 day January Wellness Challenge. Look on the calendar each day for a small actionable step you can take to boost your mood. Complete as many activities as you like and cross them off on the challenge card.
