Gelatin printing is calming, meditative and energizing like cut + paste therapy. 𝔹𝕚𝕣𝕘𝕚𝕥 𝕂𝕠𝕠𝕡𝕤𝕖𝕟-𝔹𝕖𝕣𝕟𝕤𝕥𝕖𝕚𝕟 🇳🇱 on Instagram: "Another flower print, because they are so much fun to do! 🌺🌼🌸 This time with the last couple of good ones of a spent bush of real flowers. The end result is a bit dark to my liking, next time I will add some lighter greens in the first layer. As always I let all of the paint dry in between layers. I added a few drops of slow dry medium to the first layer to have a bit longer working time. I used Ara acrylic paints and 300 gr Bristol paper for the print. I left the paper on the plate until the paint was completely dry, then turned everything over and removed the plate from the paper in stead of the paper from the plate. When you print on paper this heavy it might bend when pulling it from the plate, causing folds.
