Add Curves and decrease the intensity of black and white shadows.  📎Add new white solid and convert it to a smart object. Go to Filter Gallery and select a Halftone pattern. Pick the pattern type you want, set the contrast to 0 and the size to 7-8. Set the blending mode to multiply.  📎Now, add Threshold and drag the slider to the left till the image is bleached. Go back to Levels and drag the middle slider to the right to balance the image back.  📎Add a gradient map to increase pattern contrast and convert all of the layers to a smart object. 📎Add your image and duplicate it. Invert the duplicate.
📎With the duplicate selected, click on the mask icon to create a mask, and click on the brush tool. Make sure the black color is set. Paint over the image.
📎Select both layers and duplicate them by holding Alt. 📎Merge the duplicates together, so you have 3 layers now. Set its mode to overlay.
📎Add a noise layer (50% gray fill layer + camera raw filter, grain 100). 
📎Select the last duplicate you’ve made and add a Path Blur effect to it. Move it around to create a motion effect. You can reduce its opacity if needed.
📎Add a gradient map you like. Now, select all 3 layers with content, move them above the Photoshop Filter Tutorial, The Mask Icon, Camera Raw Filter, Poetry Zine, Filter Tutorial, Photoshop Filter, Gradient Map, Motion Effect, Negative Film
