An utterly delicious afternoon sweet treat to keep on hand in the fridge! They taste so indulgent but are made with all good ingredients - WINNNN 
 
Makes 15 bites. 
▫️100g vanilla instant oats (oat flour) 
▫️ 60g soy isolate protein powder 
▫️ 40g cocoa powder 
▫️ 70g natural nut butter 
▫️ 200ml milk* 
▫️ 20g cacao nibs 
For the chocolate coating: 
▫️ 90g 70% dark chocolate 
▫️ 10g coconut oil 
▫️ Pinch of salt 
 
1. Mix all ingredients, besides the cacao nibs, together until you get a thick cookie dough consistency. Add in the cacao nibs and mix to distribute. 
2. Shape into 15 golf ball sized balls (they don’t have to be perfectly even!), using a circular motion between your palms.
