📍Try this exercise which helps create space in the posterior (back) part of the shoulder, which can aid in better centering of the arm in the socket, reducing the “rounded forward” appearance and placement of the shoulder. 

✨Post-stretch we do a little activation to help the brain and body better own and connect to the new range of motion and position aquired via the stretch. 

✅Set up & tips:
•Stack the shoulder over elbow 
•Rotate your chest down “sinking” into the stretch of the back of the shoulder
•Make sure to keep your shoulder drawing down away from the ear as you hold the stretch
