You can improve your balance, flexibility, and mobility with these 4 essential stretches. 

Hold each stretch on each side for at least 30 seconds and try to perform this series three times a week.

1️⃣ Seated Calf Stretch

Explanation: Sit on a sturdy chair with both feet flat on the floor. Extend one leg out straight in front of you, keeping the heel on the ground and toes pointed up. With your toes pointed up, gently pull your foot toward your shin. You can also use a towel or band around the ball of your foot to gently pull it towards you. Feel the stretch in your calf.
