It’s safe to say physical yoga practice helps me increase my physical strength and mobility even though it can build up my strength in a certain degree but I don’t try to look at what yoga is lack of. Sometimes I go fast to almost like I do HIIT training in my flow. And sometimes I go really slow, pause and gentle.
