2. Side raise 
3. Tricep Kickbacks
4. Front raise 
5. Pull back
6. Tricep Extensions
7. Pec dec
8. Shoulder press

Do 4 x singles, 2 x triple pulse, 1 x 7 pulses
Twice for each move & repeat the exercise sequence 2 or 3 times!
