Ashley | Artsy Blevs | Art Teacher on Instagram: "Found object printing is just the best! Legos, pieces of cardboards, random toys, etc. all work great for printing. Have you ever read the book Snowflake Bentley? It’s a good one and so fun for winter. ❄️🩵 If you don’t know about him, Wilson Bentley was the first person to photograph snowflakes using a microscope. He discovered that no 2 crystals were alike, and there’s just something about how unique snowflakes are that sticks with us even today. Just like each kid is their own funky little gumdrop, snowflakes come in all different shapes and sizes. Once that little crystal melts, there will never be another one like it, and the fleeting beauty of snow is what drove Bentley’s passion for photography. ❤️❤️
