"This workout is designed to make your arms, fingers, and shoulders melt off your body with the burning intensity of 1000 suns." -@beauxblackwood Start with a light weight and increase each round. See how heavy you can go while staying unbroken. Score is the heaviest weight used of all three rounds. Once you complete a full round, rest for 1 minute, then pick them back up and go again.
