Wild Blueberry Coconut Complexion Smoothie Ingredients 1 frozen banana 3/4 cup of frozen blueberries (I try to use WILD or Canadian blueberries if possible we call them Saskatoon Berries) 2 heaping tablespoons of Coconut yogurt (try to buy organic or Greek) 1 cup of Coconut water 1 cap of Healthy Skin with Greens Plus Blend in blender and enjoy!
