Castle of Bratislava
original drawing on watercolour paper -25x30 cm -Chinese ink -created in 2016 It was built, rebuilt and expanded over a long time – from 9th to 18th century. This castle, connected with many legends surrounding its origins, was almost lost in 1930s – due to its poor condition, a plan to destroy it altogether was proposed. Luckily, it did not happen and we can still enjoy the view of this magnificent building and many views from its gardens.
