Breakfast is THE most important meal of the day... For those of us with Autoimmune Diseases, focusing on protein loading in the morning & reducing processed foods, gluten & added sugars will help carry us thru the beginning of our day easier. We are what we eat! I think I may be a boiled egg, a handful of nuts & either a handful of cherry tomatoes or berries! LOL!
