Ingredients: - 3 bananas - 2 eggs - 3/4 cup greek yogurt - 1/4 cup maple syrup - 1 tsp vanilla - 2 cups oat (or oat flour) - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder - 2 tsp baking powder - 1 tsp baking soda - dash of cinnamon - pinch of salt - chocolate chips Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350F. Mash bananas in a bowl and add all wet ingredients. Mix, but don't over mix, until combined. 2. Add your oats to a blender and blend to make oat flour. Pour into the banana mix along with all the other dry ingredients. Mix (again don't over mix!) until just combined. Add chocolate chips and fold into batter. 3. Scoop batter into a prepared muffin tin and top with more chocolate chips. Pop into the oven for 14-18 minutes until baked through #highproteinrecipes #proteinrecipe #dessert
