Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in a pot • 2. Mix 1 cup water, grass jelly powder, and sugar in a small bowl • 3. Once water boils, slowly pour in the mixture and keep mixing slowly as water comes back to a boil in 2-3 minutes • 4. Pour mixture in ice tray and be careful not to burn yourself • 5. Let the mixture cool down at room temperature for 30 minutes before placing it in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours
