KNOW - STRETCHING-How many of you guys stretch?-This stretch is great for your posterior chain, your hammies, calves, low back, spine health, and improved blood circulation to areas that are dormant during a typical office job where you sit most of the day.-Hold the stretch anywhere from 30-45 seconds, and do it 2-3 times before moving to a new stretch. -Hope this helps any of you who may be dealing with some tightness in your hamstrings and lower back.-
