This cute activity works on making mental images in your head of what someone is reading and then drawing it out as a Pictagram.

Free Visualizing Reading Center Activity

This is a literacy or reading center activity. Students do this in pairs. One student reads a passage and the other draws a picture in the "pictagram" frame of what they are visualizing. They can then write a one paragraph summary of their drawing on the back. Enjoy!
