Amazing, ooey-gooey peanut butter oatmeal cookie bars made with a mix of almond flour and rolled oats for the perfect texture. These gluten free and dairy free peanut butter cookie bars are naturally sweetened with coconut sugar and have puddles of dark chocolate in every bite!
Healthy Quinoa pancakes / waffles
· 2 servings Ingredients: • 1/2 cup Quinoa • 2-3 tbsp thick curd • 1 tbsp flax seeds • 1 large date • 1 pinch of salt • 1/2 tsp baking powder • 1/3 cup water Instructions: 1. Soak quinoa & flaxseeds overnight. Add all ingredients into a blender without water & baking powder and blend into a smooth paste. Now add water and blend again. 2. Now add the baking powder and mix well. Grease a pan/waffle maker with ghee and pour the batter to make pancakes or waffles. Serve with fresh fruits and the sweetener of your choice.
