Such a fun way to make a tortilla snack by @itsvegansis 🍎 Ingredients - 1 apple, diced- 1 tsp maple syrup - 1 tsp cinnamon - 1/4 cup water - 1 tortilla (use gf if needed) - 1 tbsp peanut butter 🧑‍🍳 Recipe: Add the apple, maple syrup and cinnamon into a pan and mix. Once the apples are caramelized, add the water and mix until they’re soft. Spread the peanut on the tortilla, add the caramelized apples and fold the tortilla. #quicksnack #healthysnacks #tortilla #healthysnackideas #vegansnacks
