Today's Color Street Tip is for using punches or cutting out designs in your strips. Take off the clear plastic cover that covers the top coat layer before you punch or cut your design into your strip. This leaves the nail strip layer (attached to the grey) and the white paper backing side of the strip. Cut or punch your design. Then use tweezers to aid in placement and peeling off the white paper layer.
