Trdelnik - Slovak/Czech Sweet Pastry | this is SO GOOD when eaten in Old Town Prague. I thought I'd never find a way to make it at home, so thank God for American ingenuity! Use a rotisserie to bake over hot coals in the open air... that's how they do it in Prague! I'll settle for a gas grill if I have to.
