It’s a non-negotiable in my daily diet for immunity, skin and, in particular, gut health. recipe: - 4 frozen bananas - 2 avocados - 1 tsp vanilla extract - juice of half a lime - 2 tbsp rice malt syrup - 2 scoops Vanilla Protein - 2 tsp Balance Greens 1.
