Thai Green Curry – delicious and easy green curry with chicken. I used chicken breast, frozen veggies, 1 can light coconut milk, no water, and can maesri green curry paste. Didn't have lime leaves. Plenty spicy without extra chilies (almost too spicy).
Fall-Off-The-Bone Ribs - Amazing and the best I've ever made. I used my own rub, baking thick sections of three ribs each at 325 degrees for hrs. and then broiling as instructed. My old recipe is now in the garbage!
