Old framed window using recycled glass pieces to create a dimensional stain glass window . Using clear silicone adhesive .
This shows which adhesives work best with different types of fabrics. Never knew that even glue could be diverse, lol
My apple tree faux stained glass window. Used an old window, flat glass marbles and pieces from a broken wine bottle for the trunk. Cover the whole thing with an epoxy gloss coat (comes in a two part kit). Kits cost about $25 at Home Depot and Lowe's. A one quart kit can cover about 6 square feet. I did not glue the marbles to the glass first. Just laid them on the glass. Darker marble colors look best. This is even better in person IMHO. :)
Old window with marbles! set marbles on glass, pour a two part resin over marbles. Looks like the marbles are melted into the glass.
Recycled old window.
