To support the over and under actions for the agility ladder, I drew arrows pointing forward and backward on each plastic “rung”. Movement was engaging and also worked on balancing on one foot, body awareness and coordination. The idea of “over and under” was later linked to the Easter Egg paper weaving craft that I shared recently.
