Today I saw a heart catheterization. A catheter is inserted into a patient’s vessel and is forwarded to the main coronary arteries. You check for stenosis, which is when there is narrowing of parts of the blood vessels. This could lead to a lot of health risks, including Angina pectoris (chest pain), shortness of breath and even a heart attack.
