This one isn’t necessarily for all bodies but oh boy does it feel good after I’ve spent too much time in planes, cabs and restaurant chairs this week! If you spend more time than you want in a chair or with your arms in front of you, give it a go! Here’s some tips! 👉🏼 Knees don’t have to touch the ground 👉🏼 This is about length in the fronts of the hips so try to lift & tuck your pelvis to flatten your hip creases 👉🏼 Hands can face forward or back - try both 👉🏼 Play with the angle of your knee and how far you place your foot to find the perfect angle of stretch for your body 👉🏼 Great option to do before a walk to improve your hip extension 😊🔥 Want more?
