When Danny was sixteen, he started collecting Japanese swords. But after he saw The Last Samurai as an adult, he knew swords weren& enough. He wanted his own suit of samurai armor. So, he spent two years of his life making one.

Jeff Shelden, an architect and son of a forest ranger, modeled the design of his Montana cabin after a forest service lookout tower. To build the cabin he used wood from an old train trestle, local stone, and reclaimed steel from a nearby farm.
