All new things are hard. New things are even harder if we don’t know what to do or especially if we don’t know what is holding us back. With the chest to wall handstand things are pretty simple. You are either lacking strength or your are lacking mobility. If you are scared of collapsing onto your face or your are simply not able to keep your elbows locked we can be sure that you are lacking strength. Outside of your handstand practice work on improving your overhead pushing/arm extension strength, work on your core strength and even leg stability. Holding them up and tight for the entire duration of the exercise is not always easy. Continue to practice your handstands for specific gains in the meantime.
