Rich Viking lady from Gotland. All jewelry is has been found on the island of Gotland. That is a silk underdress! Long spacers and filigree metal work with short bead swags.

From the Jorgencraft site. A decorated Viking apron dress based on Haithabu finds, 10th cent. Made of grey (herringbone pattern) and maroon wool. Upper and lower edges are bordered with brown linen. The straps are made up of loops, through which the brooch pins are threaded and closed. Broches are not included. Size: length of apron dress 98 cm (without shoulder), upper width measured on flat fabric 93 cm, lower width measured on flat fabric 186 cm.

Love the two-coloured panels. Would want one with black side panels and a coloured centre panel. Plus woven trim across the top, bottom and bands.
