If pancakes aren’t your thing… make French toast instead this pancake day! 🫶 Super soft and warm brioche bread, stuffed with cinnamon butter, coated in cinnamon sugar, drizzle with a sweet glaze 🤤 Sound on for full instructions 🔉 All you need is: Cinnamon butter: 15g unsalted butter, softened 1/2 tbsp light brown sugar 1/2 tsp cinnamon French toast: 2 slices of brioche bread 1 large egg 40ml milk 1 tsp vanilla Coating: 1 tbsp granulated sugar 1/2 tsp cinnamon Icing: (optional) 1 tbsp icing sugar 1/2 tsp milk or water If you have any leftover cinnamon butter or cinnamon sugar, just pop them in containers and put the butter in the fridge to use again 🥰 Enjoy!
