pistachio pudding cookies
Pistachio Fruit Salad: 1 3-oz. box instant Pistachio pudding mix; 1 8-oz. carton Cool Whip; 1 large can crushed pineapple, undrained; 1/2 to 1 cup chopped pecans or pistachios; Mini Marshmellows. Preparation: In a bowl, combine pudding mix and pineapple (with juice), nuts and marshmellows mix refridgerate. Yum.
