#InternationalYogaDay ✨ The struggles in the past and years of practice have taught- and is still teaching- me how to slow down and truly listen to my body, respecting its needs. My practice on the mat has helped me learn to listen to my body and find balance to live a healthy life. My yoga practice is no longer about always being strong or aiming for the perfect poses, but about being true and honest to my body, my mind and my heart.
