The first step I took to make my glutes look more "bubble b*tt" was to start eating 130g of protein each day rather than not tracking! Next, I pushed myself to exhaustion on the final rep of every set (this was one of the finest things I changed), I increased glute pre-exhaustion to further isolate my glutes, and I concentrated on increasing the weights on both compounds and isolation exercises like kickbacks.
