Förr året skulle jag göra knäckigt polkabräck. Men så hade jag alldels för bråttom och knäcksmeten blev alldels för lös. Så  den mjuka knäcken fick bli  kolarosor istället. Och idag är det min tur i Willowdays julkalender.  Du behöver 3dl vispgrädde 3dl socker 1dl sirap 2msk kakao 1msk smör 1 polkakäpp eller några polkagrisar Gör såhär Klä en ungsform med bakplåtspapper. Jag använder mig av pufz bakbalkar och deras bordsunderlägg. Formen bör vara ungefär 20X30cm och smeten 0,3-0,5cm tjock. Blanda grädd,socker sirap och kakao i en vid gryta. Koka kraftigt utan lock till du kommit upp i 120 grader Tag bort kastrullen från värmen och låt bubblorna sjunka ner Lägg i smöret  och när det smält häller du det i din form. Skär upp ca 1,5 cm breda och 10 cm långa remsor. Platta till ovankanten lite  och rulla sen ihop det till en ros. Strössla sen  lite krossad polkakäppar på kanterna och lägg i en aluminiumform. Jag klippte mina så det skulle se ut som små blomsterbladshållare. Bara att klippa som trekantskronor med liten sax. Lycka till!
